Join us for our SilverSneakers Classic Class and build strength, endurance, and flexibility—all in a fun, encouraging atmosphere. Have fun getting physical activity in your weekly routine with other community members.
How to RSVP
- Select the date of the event from the drop-down field. (You have to register separately for individual dates.)
- Input how many individuals you are registering. Use the arrows to select a number.
- Enter your email address.
- Click the Next button.
- Enter the name, phone number and email of each participant.
- For each participant, enter Yes or No on the patient question.
- Click the Submit button.
