All three of our neighborhood locations have free and convenient parking, so it’s easy to take advantage of all Spry Senior has to offer. Not able to drive? No worries. We offer door-to-doctor transportation on request.

From Tai Chi to yoga to beginner-friendly strength classes, we design our fitness classes for adults age 58 and older.
