SilverSneakers Cardiodrumming at Strongsville
Join us for a fun cardiodrumming whole-body workout that involves hitting drums to music and easy-to-follow routines that can be done while sitting or standing. Cardiodrumming improves heart health, motor skills, hand-eye coordination, balance, and strength.
How to RSVP
- Select the date of the event from the drop-down field. (You have to register separately for individual dates.)
- Input how many individuals you are registering. Use the arrows to select a number.
- Enter your email address.
- Click the Next button.
- Enter the name, phone number and email of each participant.
- For each participant, enter Yes or No on the patient question.
- Click the Submit button.
